DJI Spark: the small have it all
If you’re looking for the smallest drone today with professional features, take a look at the Spark model of DJI. You can even use your smartphone to control it. But I wouldn’t advice this because the range is very reduced. The drone is easy transportable in its isomo foam box and it’s ver well protected. You have place for a spare set of propellers and your SD cards.
We have used the landing platform for take-off and landing. In that way, we reduce the risk of dust and sand to come in the drone.
Take-off can be done just by sliding the button on your device. Easy and safe. The drone hoovers 120 cm above ground and then it’s up to me for controlling the drone. Images are send to your screen so that you can follow what you want to record. On the screen there are more then enough buttons and collapsable menus to find what you want to do. It took me several hours to find out what this device all can do. So I would advice to take the time of reading the manual or look on the internet before you fly it. You will be surprised what it all can do.
I had just one small negative remark: while downloading one of the movies onto my computer, there went something wrong with the transfer. So please, check all your footage when you place it on your computer to see if the transfer is a success.
